1. Scope
FreePicTools is a free browser-based website for image-related utilities and informational guides. These terms govern your use of the public website and its tools.
2. No account, no paid contract
FreePicTools currently does not require a user account and does not currently charge for access to the public tools described on the site.
3. Local processing and user responsibility
Most image-processing features run locally in your browser. You remain responsible for the files you choose to process, the legality of their content and the way you share any exported results.
4. Allowed use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not use it to process unlawful content, interfere with the site, attempt abusive automated access or misuse the service in a way that harms availability or security.
5. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
FreePicTools is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect compatibility with every file or device, or error-free results in every scenario.
6. No professional advice
Tool outputs, guide content and legal or privacy explanations on the site are provided for general information and practical use. They do not replace legal, forensic, tax, security or other professional advice.
7. Third-party services and advertising
The site may be prepared for third-party services such as hosting and, on some deployments, Google AdSense. Advertising-related code is designed to be consent-gated, but live monetization readiness must still be validated separately, especially where Google-certified CMP requirements apply.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your own image files. The FreePicTools website, branding and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
